As Head of People Ops and Total Rewards, you will lead core People Operations and Total Rewards functions and help the company scale from several hundred to several thousand Vanta’ns. You will partner with senior leadership to build efficient, scalable, best-in-class systems and processes to support Vanta’s people growth. You will also drive upward and outward reporting and visibility for all People Team functions.

The Total Rewards Analyst contributes to the development, implementation, and administration of total reward programs. This role ensures our compensation, wellbeing incentive and benefits are competitive, aligned with business objectives, and contribute to a positive employee experience. You will assist in the design, implementation, administration, and analysis of compensation, benefits, and recognition programs.
